As a leading provider of exterior property cleaning and maintenance services in North Saanich, BC, we are proud to offer a wide range of services to our valued residential, strata, and commercial clients. Our services include everything from roof cleaning, pressure washing, and softwashing to window cleaning, siding cleaning, gutter cleaning, and handyman services.
We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take on responsibility, and have a strong work ethic. If you are reliable, hardworking, and punctual, then we want to hear from you! Candidates should be available to work Monday - Friday with occasional weekend shifts during the day. Additionally, candidates must have Canadian residency with a valid SIN number, a phone with mobile internet for communication, and their own reliable transportation to commute to North Saanich or designated sites across the peninsula.

Responsibilities of the job include operating and maintaining exterior cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, telescopic window cleaning poles, ladders, hoses, and more. You will also work as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed to an excellent standard and keep detailed notes on obstructions and deficiencies. Safety is our top priority, so you will work with equipment and fellow employees with care and attention to safety. Consistently showing up to each shift on time and ready to work is a must!
If you have experience working with Tucker poles, ladders, pressure washers, or in an outdoor setting such as roofing or landscaping, that would be an asset. However, we are willing to train the right candidate, and prior experience is not necessarily required. The willingness to work at heights and a valid driver's license is a must.
Wage is dependent on experience and skillset, starting at $21 per hour for candidates with no experience. Wage raises based on performance will be assessed periodically. For candidates with prior relevant experience, wage is negotiable and will be assessed over a 1-2 week period, ranging from $21 to $32 per hour.
